ME Bank Sales Conference & Awards Dinner

Shoot the Moon brought to life a fun, nostalgic, inspirational theme for the conference, based on the final stage of ME Bank's 3 year strategy to excel theme -  "Space Invaders; Taking our Game to the Next Level".  The delegates were wowed by inspirational speakers & presenters, and finished the conference with a massive team building activity, where 160 delegates were split into smaller groups to learn how to play different instruments in 45 minutes, for a final performance (as one orchestra) to close the day - an amazing, emotional performance that brought the team together and demonstrated how they are all smaller parts of the one big machine that is ME Bank.

The 2 day conference was then followed by a glamorous dinner that mimicked all the glitz and gold of The Grammy Awards titled...  "THE GRAM-MEs".
